Featured Review: Towards an integrated clinical framework for patient with shoulder pain
Shoulder pain (SP) represents a common musculoskeletal condition that requires physical therapy care. However, the current evaluation strategies are currently being challenged in their ability to successfully evaluate SP. This review explores the possibility of a more bio-psychosocial and pragmatic approach, and concludes that, in the future, the category of non-specific shoulder pain and its peculiarities should be taken into account in diagnostic and prognostic research studies.
