Make a plan to be more active in 2019!

Exercise regularly shows up on New Year’s resolution lists. Writing an exercise plan can help keep you motivated and on track! Your plan should include:
  • Your reasons for being physically active.
  • Your short- and long-term goals.
  • The activities you plan to do. Include all 4 types of exercise—endurancestrengthbalance, and flexibility.
  • When, where, and with whom you will be active.
  • Things you need to do to get started and keep going.
