Introducing the High Five of the Week | April 20, 2020

Throughout the past few weeks, we've seen increased engagement across our channels -- from #TogetherAtHome posts on social media, to weekly Facebook Watch Parties, to virtual Team Fox events and more. You're hungry for opportunities to connect and The Michael J. Fox Foundation (MJFF) is here to provide!

Every Monday, we'll share five ways you can stay engaged and motivated. We'll recognize members of the community rising to the challenge, invite you to a variety of virtual events, share the latest resources for you and your loved ones, and offer fun ways to stay active, together.

As always, we're here for you and we want to make it as easy as possible to navigate your options.
