I wanted to ask if anyone here does online therapy. With all of the stress and anxiety in the world right now, it’s as good a time as any to focus on mental health. And since we’re all on lockdown, online therapy is a great alternative to in-person appointments. There’s one service called Talkspace, which offers monthly or biweekly video calls and weekday text chats. They don’t accept insurance at the moment, but I’m curious if any of you have experience with Talkspace or BetterHelp. Does anyone here use an online therapy service? What has your experience been like?
