Professor Guohua Li

Professor Guohua Li is the Finster Professor of Epidemiology and Anesthesiology and the founding director of the Center for Injury Epidemiology and Prevention at Columbia University. His research focuses on population-based, injury-related, and policy-oriented studies that encompass novel epidemiological designs, innovative statistical techniques, and complex data systems. He is Editor-in-Chief for the BMC journal Injury Epidemiology.


Highlights from APHA 2018: a Q&A with Professor Guohua Li

This year the American Public Health Association (APHA) annual meeting took place in San Diego. The event brought more than 12,000 health professionals together, from across the U.S and the rest of world, to discuss issues related to this year’s theme ‘Creating the Healthiest Nation: Health Equity Now’. In this interview, Professor Guohua Li the Editor-in-Chief of the journal Injury Epidemiology, discusses his time at the conference and his personal highlights.
