Good afternoon and welcome to Fox News Today: The Coronavirus Crisis.

Trump administration moves tax filing day to July 15, Mnuchin says

The Trump administration has decided to extend the deadline for filing taxes from April 15 to July 15 as the nation deals with the coronavirus outbreak, Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin said in a tweet on Friday.

The move comes as Trump announced new travel restrictions between the U.S. and Mexico and more restrictions involving travel to Canada as part of the ongoing effort to stem the coronavirus pandemic. The president was revealing details during Friday’s press briefing with the White House Coronavirus Task Force.

Sen. Kelly Loeffler, R-Ga., one of four senators accused of selling off stocks worth millions of dollars in the days before coronavirus wreaked havoc on the market, responded to the allegations in an interview on "America's Newsroom." And NASA's plan to return to the moon in 2024 could be in jeopardy.
