Featured Research: Better determining the role of TNF-α in chronic spontaneous urticaria

A new study investigates the important but unclear role of TNF-α in chronic spontaneous urticaria, confirming CSU is associated with activation of the TNF-α signalling pathway but crucially not the sFas/FasL system suggesting it is the pro-inflammatory function of TNF-α at play in CSU.
