- Watch (and do!) the Go4Life exercise videos.
- Watch and share the NEW Go4Life exercise safety videos to learn more about staying safe while exercising, biking safety tips, and choosing the right fitness shoes and clothes.
- Add a new type of exercise to your current routine. If you already walk, add some balance exercises. If you do a strength class, try adding an endurance exercise like bike riding.
- Find a friend and make a standing “exercise date” to help you stay motivated all year long.
