New Year’s resolutions can include ways to reduce stress, feel better emotionally, exercise more regularly, improve sleep, and eat healthier. These motivations are also reflected in the reasons Americans give for practicing yoga. Did you know that national survey data from 2012 showed that 94 percent of adults who practiced yoga did it for wellness-related reasons?
