EL RINCÓN DEL SOCIO
On Saturday 4th November 2017 we are organising our yearly members conference in The Netherlands. On Friday evening from 20:00 hrs guests from abroad can get to know one another during a social evening. The programme consists of parallel sessions with speakers from home and abroad. For Saturday evening we have organised a dinner-buffet for all participants.
Diagnosis
Do you want to make use of a possible medical diagnosis? If so. Choose from the possibilities given below. You can register using the form for the members conference (register see bottom of page.) We advise you to do this regularly, at least once a year, the most important reason being that as a parent because you see your child every day you will seldom see any change in you child. The same is also true for adults when observing themselves.
Simple diagnosis
It is also possible to receive a free medical diagnosis on Saturday 4th November. This is available in a separate room ensuring your privacy. Please register beforehand using Register at the bottom of page.
Comprehensive diagnosis
Do you want have a comprehensive diagnosis? This can be done on Friday 3rd November at the Academic Hospital in Rotterdam. Please register before 27th October using Register at the bottom of page. There are costs associated with this diagnosis. Read more about the difference between a simple and comprehensive diagnosis and the associated costs.
Location Conference
This year the conference will not be held at the Hotel Leusden but at the ISVW. ISVW is located approximately 4 km. from the Hotel Leusden. The address is:
If you want to stay overnight at this location we have negotiated a special arrangement with the hotel. The cost per night per room is € 69 including breakfast.
These rooms are for a maximum of 2 adults and 1 child up to and including 12 years(a separate mattress is available.) Children up to and including 6 years can stay in their parents room. For this there are no charges. There are no cots or baby beds available in the hotel. An extra mattress on the floor with bed linen costs € 25 per night including breakfast. A bed with mattress costs € 25 per night (separately hired, excludes breakfast.) Breakfast for children between 4 and 16 costs € 8,25 per person per night.

For those members from abroad we have managed to make a very special arrangement with the hotel. The overnight cost plus breakfast buffet has been kept as low as possible so that you can attend our jubilee conference. These are:
- A single persons room costs € 76,50 per night including breakfast.
- A two persons room costs € 93 per night including breakfast.
- A three persons room costs € 119,50 per night including breakfast.
- A four persons room costs € 146 per night including breakfast.
Children up to 12 years are not included in the above costs. There are also additional costs for a tourist tax.

The hotel rooms should be paid for by the user. No shows will be charged to the person making the reservations.
Massage
During our conference patients could experience a massage. Massage is also the language of your own body, which can be better understood by listening to your body signals.
Where's tension, where's unrest, where I feel space in my body, where is it, where does it feel printed or dank. These physical sensations you can experience through a massage. Emotions, thoughts and other sensations tell you a story. That story is far more complete than the story what we have shaped our thinking. Really make contact with all parts of yourself causes your flows, flows in such a way that you feel will get you back to life. You will literally feel better in your skin. Massage is a touch with attention and lets you make conscious contact with who you are and what you are feeling. During a massage, you have the chance to rediscover yourself, and let yourself too. It connects you to speak again with your true self. The touch of massage can help you release old pain making space-space in body and mind.
Children's Programme
For children of practically all ages we have again organised a comprehensive programme of events. We have organised a separate location with special helpers to make it easy for the parents. The various events available are very popular with all ages. For example 16 year olds also enjoy it. We again have Alex Dings as clown and ballon artist. As usual we expect all parents to leave with a car full of ballon figures...

Please note:
- The maximum number of diagnosis is not yet known. It is a case of first come first served.
- The maximum capacity for the main room is 150 persons.
Regarding the high costs for this jubilee conference we ask people from 18 and older to pay € 10 per person who participate of the dinner. This does not apply to speakers and volunteers.
