Description of the Evidence

Updated statistics with estimated new cases and deaths for 2018 (cited American Cancer Society as reference 1). Also revised text to state that from 2005 to 2014, incidence rates decreased by 1.4% per year in white women but were stable in African American women; from 2006 to 2015, mortality rates decreased by 2% per year in white women and by 1% per year in African American women.
