Anxiety
Several mind and body approaches, including relaxation techniques, yoga, tai chi, and meditation, may be helpful for managing symptoms of stress.

Mind and body practices that may help with occasional anxiety include mindfulness meditation and other meditative practices, as well as relaxation techniques such as guided imagery or progressive muscle relaxation. Meditative movement therapies (tai chi, qi gong, or yoga) might also reduce anxiety, but the research is too limited to allow definite conclusions to be reached about their effectiveness.
