Predicting transient ischemic attack/minor stroke

Initial diagnosis of transient ischemic attacks/minor strokes (TIA/MS) after symptom onset is challenging due to stroke-mimic conditions. Raised systolic blood pressure has been found to be a clinical indicator of individuals under 80 years old having had a TIA/MS.
