A host of the show and member of the MJFF Board of Directors, Akbar Gbajabiamila, will join us to discuss his role in the Parkinson's community. Also in our hour, our on-staff movement disorder specialist and a Parkinson's physical therapist will discuss why exercise is good for treating PD, what exercises can help ease certain symptoms and how to get started with an exercise regimen.
