Featured article: Advanced 3D printed model of middle cerebral artery aneurysms for neurosurgery simulation
Gaining experience as a primary operator is challenging for neurosurgery trainees, and quality cadaver training opportunities are hard to come by. 3D Printed simulations can allow trainees to practice on anatomically correct models, developing relevant skills in safe environments. In this article, the authors demonstrate a 3D printed simulation model for cerebral artery aneurysms based on a patient derived case.
