Research: Termination of therapy in breast cancer patients not previously attending screening

In a population-based cohort study, compared with mamography screening participants, non-participants were more likely to discontinue adjuvant hormone therapy, targeted interventions to prevent treatment discontinuation are needed to improve breast cancer outcomes.
