1. Currently Trending: Three Teams Win the “Ken Griffin Alpha-synuclein Imaging Competition”

MJFF announced the winners in a program to spur a scientific race in pursuit of an imaging tracer to visualize the key protein alpha-synuclein in the living brains of people with Parkinson’s disease. This revolutionary resource holds the potential to transform Parkinson’s drug development.
 

 

2. Virtual Event Spotlight: RaceTrac’s 5K/1K Run/Walk for Research

3. Making an Impact from Home: Study Illuminates How People with PD Experience Fatigue

“How do you define fatigue?” This was a recent question researchers wanted to explore with people living with PD. They used Fox Insight, MJFF’s online clinical study, to capture this information and published results in the Journal of Parkinson’s Disease.
 

 

4. Parkinson’s Podcast: Why Your Advocacy is Key to Advancing Parkinson's Priorities

In this episode, host Larry Gifford talks with Ted Thompson, JD, Senior Vice President of Public Policy at MJFF and Isreal Robledo, MJFF Patient Council member and policy advocate about why what happens in Washington D.C. matters to people with Parkinson’s and how you can get involved.
