1. Currently Trending: Telemedicine Tips for People with Hearing, Vision, Speech or Cognitive Changes

With in-person visits limited due to the pandemic, many people with Parkinson’s are seeing their doctors virtually through telemedicine. While it can be convenient, it also can pose specific challenges for people with hearing, vision, speech or cognitive changes. Consider these tips.
 

 

2. Virtual Event Spotlight: The Michael J. Fox Foundation’s Virtual 5K/10K

Patients, families and supporters all over the globe are invited to take part in MJFF’s first-ever Virtual 5K/10K to raise funds and awareness for PD research. The event kicks off on Friday, October 2, with opportunities to engage with the MJFF community throughout the weekend. Sign up today!
