Is aerobic exercise an effective treatment strategy for patients with migraine?

Aerobic exercise has the potential to mitigate symptoms of migraine by modulating the pain process in the brain. A recent review published in the Journal of Headache and Pain explored the effectiveness of aerobic exercise as an intervention for migraine patients.
