Global Genes’ 2016 Tribute to Champions of Hope’s Community Nominated Awards are open for submissions today through April 30th! We are looking to YOU to nominate the individuals and organizations who are making a difference in the rare disease community.

The six nomination categories are:

· RARE Champion in Medical Care & Treatment

· RARE Champion in Science

· RARE Champion in Advocacy

· RARE Champion in Teen Advocacy

· RARE Champion, Collaborations in Advocacy

· RARE Champion, Collaborations in Science & Technology

Nominations close on April 30th. Awards will be determined by nominees' merit, not by number of submissions.

The Tribute to Champions of Hope’s Community Nominated Award recipients will be honored during a special evening event Friday, September 23rd as well as at the Annual Tribute to Champions of Hope’s Gala, taking place on Saturday, September 24th. Both occasions are hosted at the Hyatt Regency Resort & Spa in Huntington Beach, CA.
